· Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel.
· A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room.The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed with extra charges
· The itinerary can be modified as per your requireme
· AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas.
· Please note and be informed that there will be no refund of money after the packages commences and if one cannot complete activity or get sicks enroute
Cancellation Policy
· 21 days prior to departure: 20% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
· 15 days prior to departure: 50% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings
· 10 days prior to departure: 80% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings.
· 07 days prior to departure: 100% of the Package cost as Cancelation Penalty will be applicable for all bookings
How to Book
· For Holiday Packages: Once receiving your Advance Payment as per pay policy, we will issue the Confirmation Vouchers within 72 Working hours subject to confirmations
· For Cab & Driver Details: All Cab & Driver details will be shared with guests prior to one day before the departure date.
Payment Policy
· 30% of the total package amount has to be done in advance to confirm the package. Bookings will not be processed without advance payment
