PAYMENT POLICY-
1. 50% booking amount at the time of booking.
2. 50% payment 20-15 days prior to schedule arrival.
3. ROE will be calculated Re.1 extra on XE.com rate on the date of payment.
5. In case booking amount not received within 3 working days of receiving hotel confirmation , then the booking will be considered invalid.
6. Service voucher will issue only D-5 basis and business partner should cross check the voucher send confirmation over the mail within same day
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY-
1. 100% Refund if cancelled before 30 days prior to schedule arrival.
2. 70% refund, if cancelled more than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 30 days).
3. No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
4. Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
6. Name Change shall be treated as cancellation only.
7. in case of refund the refund period would be 15 days (working).
8. Hotel cancellation will be as per hotel policy irrespective of cancellation date.
